Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the European Regulation on the processing of personal data (GDPR - EU Reg. 679/16)

Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/16, the following information is provided on the processing that may take place following the compilation and submission of the data in the form you are about to fill in.

The Data Controllers are:

·        Marzotto S.p.A., with registered office in Valdagno, Largo Santa Margherita, 1, which may be contacted via email at [email protected]

·        Ratti S.p.A., with registered office in Guanzate, Via Madonna, 30 which may be contacted via email at [email protected]

in its capacity as joint Data Controller.

The updated list of Data Processors is available at the registered offices of Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A.

Purpose

The data in the form will be used, following your consent to the processing of personal data, to evaluate your application for the purpose of a possible interest in the future establishment of a contractual relationship whose content is to be determined.

For the purpose of selecting personnel to be included in their workforces, Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. may request entry in the Job Opportunities area on their Websites of a curriculum vitae, as well as any personal and identification data useful to assess whether the professional profile of the candidate is in line with the company’s needs.

The Data Controllers reserve the right to remove the data received from their archives should these, following verification, prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Ensuring the anonymity of the data subject, Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. may use all data provided for statistical purposes.

Provision of the data requested by Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. is optional. Nevertheless, failure to provide them will not allow you to respond to the personnel recruitment notices that appear on the Job Opportunities website or to spontaneously enter your application there. By providing the requested data, the data subject is aware to expressly authorise processing by Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. for all the aforementioned purposes.

Data processing methods

Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. process data in compliance with regulatory obligations, ensuring full compliance with legal, contractual and regulatory provisions.

Registration and processing of data takes place in paper, computer or electronic form, with rationale strictly related to the processing purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure data security and confidentiality.

With regard to the data received, Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. will ensure:

-         Accurate recording, so that it corresponds to that declared by the data subject;

-         Updating in the event of any notification of change by the data subject;

-         Storage in a form that allows identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Sensitive data and minors

Should the information provided to Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. contain data of a special nature (i.e. data revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties and trade unions or religious, philosophical, political or trade union associations, as well as data capable of revealing the state of health and sex life) such data may be processed by Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A., which will ensure the necessary storage and protection.

Data concerning minors will be used and processed by Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A., for the purposes specified, only if the parent or guardian has given consent in this regard.

Communication of data

The Data Controllers will communicate the personal data provided to third parties only to the extent that disclosure is necessary for performance of their activities and pursuit of the purposes set out above, as well as in the event that this is required by law. Therefore, personal and identification data will be communicated, inter alia, to:

a) Associate companies of Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A.;

b) Third-party companies, appointed as data processors by Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. that provide the CV database management service.

At any time, the data subject may request that Marzotto S.p.A. and Ratti S.p.A. erase the data provided from their database by submitting the request to one of the previously indicated contacts.

Data storage

The data will be stored for 24 months or until request for erasure and, in case of organisational needs or regulatory obligations, may be stored in specific archives for the period strictly necessary for such purposes.

Rights of data subjects

We remind you of your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, rectify or erase them, or limit the processing that concerns you and to object to such processing, in addition to the right to data portability; these rights may be exercised using the contact data provided above.

The consent provided may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the controller at the email addresses indicated above or by using the methods indicated by the tools used for processing.

We also remind you of the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in Italy represented by the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
